Evaluations
We review PT, OT, and ST evaluations, and follow through with the required re-evaluations. We also review SN evaluations and MSW evaluations.
Summaries
Since we audit visit notes on a daily basis, we can identify the thoroughness and inconsistencies in the documentation of the summaries, whether for discharge, hospitalization, recertification or readmission.
Extras
We monitor compliance on visit frequency, medication reconciliation, we review missed visit notes for free, follow up with your clinicians on returned notes, and more.
