Beginnings.

Our Founder and CEO, Victor Reynolds, has been involved in the home health space since 2009. He started as a patient satisfaction advocate. As the industry grew, so did Victor’s immersion in the whole home health agency operations and his passion for quality.

In 2011, he saw the importance of placing focus on Quality Assurance. He realized that a huge part often least prioritized but actually improves process flow and cash flow, and will help keep an agency stay in business, are the visit notes. Agencies are spending thousands of dollars to recover lost revenue from take-backs because visit note documentation issues are hindering final claim submission and lack the support for necessity.

Once he understood the evident challenges agencies face to survive albeit increasing patient census, he collaborated with industry experts to build exactly what agencies need and opened QAnnovate on April 1, 2015. He forged a team of qualified clinicians that share the same value of focus, customer service, and pride in quality.

Today, our commitment to providing quality services and sincere desire to help, extend from our leadership to our support teams.

Mission.

To make an impact in our customers’ goals.

We want to help improve their quality assurance program by being the most effective outsourced quality assurance provider. We will do this by injecting our culture of productivity, innovative business processes, best practices, and our commitment to a thorough clinical review of every single document we process.

We will lead home health agencies to continuous compliance and advocate the value of home health agencies.

Our core value will revolve around enriching and empowering both our customers and our workforce to bring out the best and instill accountability and integrity.

Vision.

Agencies are boosting their quality assurance resources to avoid recoups by utilizing specialized outside help. Imagine being able to submit your final claim soon after the patient has been discharged.

As ADRs have become more common, agencies are improving their documentation compliance because they have additional sets of eyes. Think how confident you will feel when you receive an ADR and you are all ready to send the chart.

Case managers can actually dedicate more time to patient care management rather than fighting the constant run-around of documentation completion. Picture an increase in your patient improvement outcomes and lower hospitalization and ER visit rates.

We continue to innovate traditional QA practices and make it more proactive than reactive, real-time and patient-centered. We quantify productivity by documents reviewed, not by the hours worked. We measure our quality through your success in clinical documentation surveys.

Commitment.

We take pride in our human resource's work-life balance. Our team enjoys benefits they find unique at QAnnovate and that is because we want them to be happy and have a positive outlook. We have a Quality Check program that promotes individual improvement and rewards employees for their productivity and quality of review.

Our QA Specialists are nurses with a Bachelor of Science degree. We ensure their continuous education on the ever-changing home health industry rules, standards, and guidelines. We keep them engaged and involved to retain and develop their clinical knowledge.

We have also innovated traditional employee management and made it more empowering, creative, productive, and truly customer- and quality-centered. We believe that "leadership determines the direction of our company, organization determines the potential of our company, but personnel determines the success of our company" (John Maxwell).
